Periodontist

Dr. Serrano joined the Kaceli Dental Studio team as our periodontist. As an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics and the American Dental Association, she is a certified LANAP clinician of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. She does dental implant procedures, bone augmentation, and soft tissue grafting techniques. Dr. Serrano is very compassionate and spends her time with each patient to ensure their comfort and understanding of their dental care. Dr. Serrano loves to run marathons, travel, and spend time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Monique Mabry has been creating beautiful smiles for almost 20 years in the Newton community. Dr. Mabry graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and honors in aesthetic dentistry.

Dr. Mabry is a certified Invisalign® provider for adult and teen orthodontics, and she has enjoyed providing orthodontic services to her patients since 1990. She has both medical and dental certification in BOTOX® and dermal fillers. She strives to maintain current in the study of orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry through her commitment to continuing education.

Beyond her affiliation with the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), Dr. Mabry is active in various philanthropic organizations, such as Boston Medical Center Grow Clinic for Children, helping to raise nearly one million dollars in charity in 2009, and the Boston Medical Center Friends of Women’s Health, which is committed to Exceptional Health without Exception. Dr. Mabry is a member of Combined Jewish Philanthropy (CJP), helping individuals of all faiths and backgrounds to live better and more fulfilling lives here in Boston and around the world.

When she is away from the dental chair, Dr. Mabry enjoys tennis, golf, and traveling with her husband and three children.

Sleep Physician

Dr. Adrian Velasquez is a board-certified sleep physician and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is the owner of Sleep Better Clinic where he offers specialized services that cater to the unique needs of patients with sleep disorders. With a focus on delivering prompt and accurate diagnoses, the clinic coordinates and conducts sleep studies, which are interpreted by Dr. Velasquez. This streamlined approach ensures a timely and effective management plan for patients.

Dr. Velasquez is an experienced physician with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. He is skilled in critical care medicine, sleep medicine, preventive medicine, clinical data management, healthcare management/business development, and healthcare consulting.

He is board certified in internal medicine, sleep medicine, critical care medicine, general public health, and preventive medicine.

Our office works directly with Dr. Velasquez for sleep-related referrals and the fabrication of oral appliances for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Practice Consultant

Neda is our dental practice consultant and is a core member of the Kaceli Dental Aesthetics team. She is the owner of Bowtie Dental Solutions, a dental consulting company. She has joined our team as our permanent consultant and operations manager of both Kaceli Dental Aesthetics in Newton and Kaceli Dental Studio in Norwood. Neda has been in the dental field for over 20 years! She is your go-to guru for all administrative dental-related questions you may have!

Neda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Samar. Neda is fluent in English, Farsi and French. Neda enjoys singing, playing guitar and violin, and keeping up with the latest in tech and gadgets! You will see her behind the scenes on four screens!

Clinical Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator

Salma is our certified clinical dental assistant/treatment coordinator. She is also a core member of the Kaceli Dental Aesthetics team. She works chairside with Dr. Kaceli and maintains a smooth flow of patient care. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years! Salma is our guru for marketing and has an exceptional eye for aesthetics. She is fluent in Moroccan, Arabic, French and English. She enjoys traveling, sharing her fashion advice, and spending time with her family and friends.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karolina is our registered dental hygienist and a core member of our Kaceli Dental Studio team. She has been a certified dental assistant for several years and earned her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Regis College in Massachusetts. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and pursued the dental world to explore her passion for oral health and beautiful smiles. She believes that educating patients on their individual needs encourages them to maintain good periodontal health.

Originally from Lithuania, Karolina has made Boston her new home. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her family and friends.

Front Desk Coordinator

Amy has been in the dental industry for over 35 years as an office manager. After dealing with dental insurance companies for so long, Amy feels comfortable answering any questions regarding insurance benefits and is happy to prepare and send a pretreatment estimate to determine exact benefits for any dental work needed. No matter what the financial situation, our team will work with our patients to make needed dental work affordable.

In her free time, Amy enjoys yoga, playing golf, and snow skiing in the winter with her husband and three kids.

Registered Nurse

Chantelle Tenofsky, RN is an experienced aesthetic nurse with nine years in the nursing field and a passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin. She began her career in emergency medicine, orthopedics, and pediatrics before discovering her calling in aesthetics, where she has specialized for the past three years.

Certified in neurotoxins, injectable fillers, and peptide therapy, Chantelle takes pride in combining injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skin care to enhance each client's natural beauty. She is currently pursuing her master’s in nursing leadership and management to continue growing both clinically and professionally.

Originally from Missouri, Chantelle received her nursing degree from Central Wyoming College in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she has resided with her husband and three kids for the last 12 years. Chantelle and her family decided to move back to New England, where her husband grew up, and they are very excited to call this area home. Outside of her career, she enjoys fitness, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, traveling, and cheering on New England sports teams with her family. She is also passionate about nutrition and wellness and continually educating herself on new ways to support a holistic, healthy lifestyle.
